Devan Antczak
During his freshman year, he was a member of three Mid- Continent Conference Championships teams in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. Devan finished as the number seven runner placing 21st in the Mid Con Conference Championships. He finished the season with an 8K PR of 25:53.70. In indoor, he placed 6th in conference in both the 3000m and 5000m, and 9th in the 1600m. He had PR's of 4:21.00 in the 1600m, 8:44.63 in the 3000m, and 15:40.35 in the 5000m. In outdoor, he ran the 1500m and the 3000m Steeplechase. He had PR's of 3:59.42 and 9:25.65 in those events. H.S. Member of the 2003 State Championship Cross Country team. All-State in Cross Country as a junior placing 8th overall. Region III Runner-Up as a senior in cross country and also in the 800m and 1600m in track, also third in the 3200m. Member of five Region Championship teams in cross country and track and field.
Ryan Barrus
Incoming freshman competing for a varsity slot. H.S. Ryan is a two time all-region performer in cross country taking 5th as a junior and winning the region championship as a senior. He was also all-state as a senior placing 6th overall. He has a PR of 16:11 for 5K. In track, he was the region champion in the 1600m as a senior while also placing 3rd in the 800m. At state he was 8th overall in the 1600m and anchored the medley relay to a 6th place finish. He has PR's of: 800m: 2:04.00, and 1600m: 4:28.52.
