| Every Cross Country runner should accomplish a minimum of 50 push-ups and 150 sit-ups per day!! Abdominal strength is imperative in Cross Country, and feel free to increase either or both of those goals at will. |
| Also, weights are available at Marv Jenson. Our typical circuit approach to weights is great. If you need a copy of it. . .see any of the coaches! This is one of the best times you can have to increase strength. Many tough teams we compete against rely on weight work! |
